Dr. Karen Wieland, LL.M. (UC Davis) is specialised in international contracts and has broad expertise in IT-law, commercial and U.S. contract law. Before she established her law firm in 2009, she advised international groups as internal legal counsel for twelve years.

Dr. Wieland is acquainted with various branches (IT, high technology, medical technology, safety engineering, automotive and chemical industry) and gained extensive hands-on experience in many projects (M&A, JVs, cooperations, outsourcing, restructuring, construction / operation of plants and others).

Today, Dr. Wieland is legal counsel of international companies, amongst others as interim legal counsel.
